Hiking and climbing Right behind the accommodation is the family excursion mountain "Das Kitzbüheler Horn", with numerous beautiful hiking trails and connections to the "Bichlalm" or to "Fieberbrunn. On the Horn is also the family climbing park, a via ferrata for children, where the adults can also have fun. The panoramic path on the Hahnenkamm and the famous Streif can be climbed via the gondola lift or on foot from the Hahnenkamm station. Numerous restaurants and mountain huts invite you to linger. The Bichlalm lift takes you to the untouched alpine world of the Kitzbühel southern hiking area. During this varied ride you will enjoy shady forests and blooming meadows. The best thing about it, you can start directly from the apartment. Numerous bike rentals offer mountain bikes and e-bikes to hire. Swimming and bathing lakes When summer is at its best, there are many opportunities around Kitzbühel for a refreshing swim. In the valley, it is especially the moor lakes, such as the Schwarzsee or the Gieringer Weiher, which provide a cooling dip. A good recommendation for families is the Jochberg forest swimming pool. The mountain and reservoir lakes are ideal for cooling your feet after a long hike. On cooler days, enthusiastic swimmers in Kitzbühel do not come up short, you can enjoy the indoor swimming pools of the Aquaren or go for a relaxing day in one of the wellness areas of one of our top hotels. Don't forget, the alpine lakes have drinking water quality, one of our many strengths in Tyrol. Rafting/Canyoning For those who want to experience the mighty power of alpine nature up close and feel like breathtaking white water tours or unique canyoning trips through spectacular gorges, we recommend guided tours with our local guides.
