The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the multi-family house. 

The fully equipped modern kitchen has an oven, hob, a great fridge incl. freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Bora extractor. It is designed as a living/kitchen with bar, dining table, spacious sofa area and Smart TV. Very large windows allow for a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps.

A large, bright double room with a view of the Kitzbüheler Horn. The newly renovated bathroom with rain-forrest shower also offers a washing machine with dryer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. There is plenty of storage space for your sportswear.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price and the high quality box spring bed and living couch for 3rd and 4th person will have bedding upon arrival 

Furthermore, there is a ski room with heated ski boot dryer on the ground floor.

There is 1 free onsite parking space.

Access for guests
The house offers 20 apartments, with separate private entrances. The ski cellar is shared with another apartment.
